PRESS RELEASE For Immediate Release July 27, 2009
SCHUYLERVILLE NY (July 27, 2009) – HollyAnn Carbino, President and Principal Designer for Web Sights & More, a graphic and website design studio located in Schuylerville, NY, has won an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Interactive Media Council, Inc. in the Health/Nutrition category for her redesign of the Adirondack Rural Health Network website, www.arhn.org.
“It’s so exciting to win an award that so many compete for, especially the larger and international corporations,” says HollyAnn Carbino, founder and principal designer of the nearly 10-year-old design company, Web Sights & More. “Being named a winner alongside of the American Diabetes Association and Cerebral Palsy Quality of Life (out of Melbourne, Australia) is exhilarating and shows everyone that just like the larger companies, smaller businesses can create great products, too.”
The Outstanding Achievement Award is the second highest honor bestowed by the Interactive Media Council, Inc. in their annual IMA competition.
Ms. Carbino worked in conjunction with Tim Holmes, owner of Holmes & Associates, and Vicky Wheaton-Saraceni, ARHN Executive Director, to deliver a redesigned website that fulfilled ARHN’s needs.
